You’ve probably noticed that this episode was posted out of sequence.  Last month, I had trouble uploading it so decided to jump to the next episode.  Order should be restored next month with Episode Thirteen.

Thank you for listening to the talk on The Vestries of Old England.  During the recording I had half a dozen or so of the old standards on desk, including Tate and Ireland.  Wortley’s History of Bingham is detailed in the bibliography, as is Wolveley (Book Two) by their local history group.

For books about Parish Chests, I’d suggest Lowe, Cox or Roe.  Again, details are in the bibliography.
